 Brett P. Davis: Broker: With 13 years experience in the industry, his unrelenting energy and hard work, Brett has been consistently recognized for top performance in the local real estate market. Infectiously good natured, his leadership of the Team emphasizes customer service. An avid golfer, Brett is also well known in the area as a former Greely High School athlete and scholar! Brett finds personal time very enjoyable while at home with lovely wife Amy and their two pups, Wally & Willow! Chris Cunningham: Broker: Born and raised in Maine, Chris is a graduate of Springfield College in MA where he earned a Degree in Physical & Health Education. After years of teaching, Chris made the move to follow his passion….real estate! Chris has been licensed and seling full time since 2002. In addition to selling real estate he is the Desiganted Broker at Brett Davis Realtors, President-elect for the Midcoast BNI chapter and a proud member of the Portland Board of Realtors & National Association of Realtors. He spends much of his free time volunteering with area youth sports programs. He also enjoys golf & fishing in his free time. His pride & joy…his wife Sara and their two terrific children, Olivia and Braeden.

John Davies: Associate Broker: A Maine Native, John graduated from Colby College in Waterville and is married with two grown children. John moved to Yarmouth in 1991 and became involved in community activities and coaching youth sports. After a 28 year commercial and retail banking career, John began a second career as a real estate professional in 1998. John has been designated as a Sr. Real Estate Specialist and Realtor. He proudly serves the residential and seasonal real estate market of Greater Portland specializing in satisfied clients! Elizabeth Prybylo:Sales Agent & Office Administrator- Elizabeth was raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan however she summered in Cundys Harbor, Maine for most of her life. She is now a permanent resident of Cundys Harbor where she lives with her husband Jason and Scottish Terriers Abby and Murdoch. Elizabeth studied Psychology at the University of Southern Maine and is thrilled to be starting her career in real estate at Brett Davis Realtors. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, kayaking, and camping with her husband.

Kelly Wentworth:Fourth generation Yarmouth Resident, Kelly graduated from Hallmark Institute of Photography and entered into a fourteen year printing career. In 1988 Kelly began a new career in the Real Estate Industry joining Mark Stimson Real Estate. She is the past two year President of the Yarmouth Lions Club and currently the treasure for the Yarmouth Football Association. Kelly has two children Amanda is a sophomore at Plymouth State University and Phillip is a freshman at Yarmouth High School.

     Sherri Clark: A Maine transplant from Massachusetts in 1993, Sherri has been licensed in real estate since 1998, but has actually been involved in the housing industry most of her married life. She has had first hand experience in the business through her husband Bill, now an inactive broker, and then later working in the real estate office he co-owned in Windham. She now assists him in his custom homebuilding business, WP Clark & Sons, facilitating the relationship between buyer and builder, as well as listing and selling existing homes. Sherri and Bill, her husband of 30 years, reside in Raymond and have four children – three grown and a daughter who attends Windham High School. They love to travel and spend the summers boating on Sebago Lake.

  Mike Hodgkins: Associate Broker. Born and raised in Portland Maine, Mike has been a professional Real Estate agent assisting buyers and sellers since 1997. He provides his clients with extensive market knowledge and the highest level of service. Mike lives in South Portland with his wife Kelly and their two sons, Daniel and Thomas. He spends his free time coaching youth athletics, golfing and running in local road races.
